Described as one of the most fascinating Muslim personalities of our time, Lauren Booth will speak about her latest book, 'Finding peace in the Holy Land'. From finding faith in a mosque in Iran to being detained in Gaza, Lauren will share anecdotes from her spiritual and political journey which led her to seek the universal question: what is this life really all about?
The daughter of a Jewish model and troubled TV star, Lauren Booth lived through the excesses of the 90s as an aspiring actress, welcomed 'our' Tony Blair into her family, put her life as a parent at risk to report on Palestine and has been an outspoken Muslim activist.
